The Surselva region lies between the spring of the Rhine and the Rhine Gorge and delights its visitors with its beautiful scenery and range of attractions for its guests.
With the mia Surselva app, the region, in collaboration with inside labs, were able to create a digital guest platform that focuses fully on the visitor experience and rethinks the guest relationship in a digital age. Thanks to the early integration of the service providers in the region, launching a digital guest-card within a short space of time was no problem. The guest card can be used by visitors via the mia Surselva app with ease creating a win-win ecosystem where all players benefit: the guests, the destination and the service providers.
As a "digital concierge", the app accompanies guests before, during and after their stay in the region. Guests receive the latest information about local offers, restaurants, and operating times of the mountain operators as well as live data from weather stations including webcams streams directly on their smartphone via the app. Personalised push notifications and in-app messages also offer new opportunities in marketing automation.
With its own online shop, mia Surselva offers the possibility to sell experiences and products directly through the app. The guest card concept has been completely digitalised and integrated into the app.
